The date is July 1st. An employee has has indicated that their last day will be on July 14. There are steps that we can take to ensure that appointments don’t get booked to this employee’s calendar in the days following their planned departure.

To prevent unwanted bookings into this employee’s calendar, you can take the following steps

  1. In the side bar, select Scheduling --> Create Event
  2. Create an event with a start date as of July 15 and a end date of Dec 31. Select the employee’s name in the drop down when creating the event.

This will prevent any jobs from being automatically scheduled to this employee following their departure.

After the employee’s last day of work, we can then go into their profile, mark them as inactive, and mark their last day of work as July 14th.
