Why do the emails that are sent to customers not reflect my domain in the 'from' address?
You may notice that on emails that are sent to your customers from your website, including invoices and surveys, the 'from' address on the email does not reflect your domain. Rather, it reflects our domain.
The reason for this is quite simple. You may run your website on the domain www.mycleaningcompany.com, but no where are email addresses configured for this domain. As a result, emails cannot be sent to your customers with a from address of 'email@example.com', for example, as the address doesn't exist.
