Email services, such as Gmail, will assess the various attributes of an email to determine the likelihood of it being spam. Based on that assessment, it will place an email in one's inbox folder, spam folder, or some other folder (i.e. Promotions).

We've built our platform to maximize the likelihood that when you send an invoice or quotation to a customer from within our platform, it will land in their inbox folder.

Spam emails commonly contain images. As a result, emails that contain images are less likely to land in one's inbox. To prevent your emails to your customers from landing in their spam folder, we do not send your logo on those emails. Your company name, however, will be provided at the top of any invoices or quotations that are emailed to your customers.
