When you or your customer marks a quote as approved, if a date/time had been set on the quote, an event will be created in your calendar. The length of this booking is based on the field as any bookings that would take place on your website's booking form.
On the Booking Form Setup page, scroll down to 'Length of Booking' field, and modify as required.
