SMS notifications sent to your customers will be subject to the standard rates that they pay for any other text messages that they receive. If a customer's cell phone plan offers unlimited texting or provides for the receipt/sending of a specified number of text messages, the customer should not incur any additional costs so long as they are under those limits. SMS messages are sent from U.S. numbers.

Please note that SMS appointment reminders are discretionary and will only be sent to the customer if he or she opts in at the time of booking or if you enable this setting within their customer profile and then create an invoice and event for that customer.
