The cost for SMS appointment reminders that are sent to your customers prior to their appointments is built into the monthly amount that you pay for the Premium Package. This package offers a monthly limit of 1,000 SMS notifications sent to / received from your customers. If you require a higher monthly limit, please submit a ticket with this request.
