Within the booking form, how are the available start times determined?
When a user is in the process of completing a booking on your website, he or she will only be able to select from a real-time listing of available times. This process starts with the user first selecting an available date on the booking form calendar. Upon doing so, available start times will populate the drop down menu next to the date selection.
These available start times are dynamically calculated based on:
- Work hours that have been defined (Calendar Settings)
- Maximum number of events allowed at one time (Calendar Settings)
- Start Time Intervals (i.e. every 30 minutes or 1 hour) (Website Booking Form Setup Booking Form Settings)
- Events already scheduled for the date selected (Calendar)
The dynamic list of available start times ensures that bookings are only ever made for times when you and your team are available.
