After configuring your booking form, you have to ensure that you enable it. This can be done by clicking on Website  Booking Form Setup. From the dropdown menu at the top, select 'Site Content and Address' and click "Go".




On the Site Content and Address page, ensure that the booking form is enabled.




If you're still unable to see your booking form on your website, please ensure that on the Primary Services page of the Website or Booking Form setup, you have at least one Primary Service setup.
