At the time of booking, customers can indicate whether or not they’d like to be reminded of their appointment via SMS (i.e. text message). If they select this option, the day before their appointment, an SMS message will be automatically sent to their cell phone that reminds them of their appointment time.
In addition, before your employees leave for the customer’s property, they’ll have the option of sending the customer an SMS message that indicates that they are on their way.
Lastly, if your employee is going to be late for an appointment, he or she can quickly send the customer a message that indicates the new arrival time.
