Understanding how you and your team are performing in the eyes of your customers is key to growth.

Our platform allows you to quickly and easily build a short survey, which can then be sent to customers at the click of a button. Alternatively, you can enable a setting for the customer that allows a survey to be sent to him or her after the completion of each job. These surveys are specific to a given job that has been completed for the customer.

The customer survey is made up of:
  • Up to three questions that can be ranked from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest) and,
  • One open ended question (eg. ‘What could we have done better?’)
In addition, you can attach a coupon code to the survey. When you do this, survey requests that you send out will indicate that the customer will receive a coupon for X% or $Y dollars off their next order. Upon completion of the survey, a coupon code will automatically be emailed to the customer.

Surveys are linked to by invoice and can also be viewed as a listing by customer.
The scores provided by the customer will be reflected in your employees’ overall rating.
